I'm an unschooling mom, doting wife, and a blog addict. This is both a personal journal in my quest to seek the truth & a place to chronicle me & my family's journey of being life-long learners. We live and learn everyday without the confines of school. Our son's learning is natural & spontaneous, fun & rich, not forced nor graded. We're a family that treasures laughter and likes to find joy in every circumstance. So far, it's working out.

I am a Jesus Freak, a devoted wife to Dan, a loving mom to Chuck, a homeschooling parent & advocate, an eccentric stay-at-home, a self-proclaimed poet, artist, and singer, a linux user, computer geek & a supporter of open-sourced softwares, bookish, passion-driven, vocal about unschooling and freedom, living life to the fullest!

God's Word & His everyday revelations, relationships, reading what Charlotte Mason calls "living books", having extended tangent conversions with Dan, Chuck's repeating jokes.

I use Drupal & Vox for my blogging needs (I know, it's crazy keeping two blogs!), Linux (Fedora Core 5) as my Operating System, The Gimp and Inkscape for creating and manipulating my graphics, Bluefish as my PHP/HTML editor.
