the year of the teenagers

I don't have a teenager yet, but when that happens and I'm at my wits end, I will definitely remember this! :D

But, by God's mercy, my 4 teen-age kids (oh, one's 20, aaargh) are not the way I was...They truly-truly are my joy and reward.
my teen-ager is the coolest! we hang out and truly enjoy each other's company. she mah friend. i think that's the key. of course, i have had my share of wanting to pull my hair moments! but the fun stuff far outweighs the head-butting. she's turning 18 in december and all the more i realize i don't have much time left with her before she has her own life!
